Last Sunday we celebrated Ryan’s birthday with all his friends at Pump It Up! It was a great time and no fuss for mommy who was just barely getting around!
My back is much better but not 100%. I have a follow up appointment in a week and will have to attend a few sessions of physical therapy. The orthopedic assured me that it was a muscle problem and gave me a brace to wear. Ahh……the trials of getting old!
