Family Traditions

The holidays are a wonderful time to form life long traditions. We have in our family and I hope that they continue with the boys and their own families one day. One of the traditions we have is to go to the town holiday festival. The kids love the entertainment and the train display. We had a great time last night. Another tradition we have is annual cookie decorating for Santa. We do it every year on the 23rd and we will be doing it again this year. Daddy will miss out this year because he has to work but at least he will be home on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and the day after:)

And this is something that the boys had to do when they got home from school. The weather forecast is calling for 1-2 inches of snow so their teachers told them to flush ice cubes down the toilet. Hope it works!!! I really think we have a better shot of having a delay on Friday, the snow isn’t supposed to start until tomorrow afternoon. We’ll see:)
