The ocean life that we saw on this trip was priceless!! Aside from the dead sea turtle that washed up on the beach, we saw lots of very alive ones swimming in the jetty. We didn’t discover them until the end of our trip but when we go back we will go see them a lot more. It was just amazing to see them surface for air!!! Most of them were small but we did see a big one in the distance pop his huge head up once in a while:) There are very strict fishing regulations that have boosted the population and it is so great to see them really flourishing. The most we would ever see at a northern beach is a dolphin in the distance and washed up jellyfish!

Saying goodbye…They were so sad, they were saying goodbye to everything!!
We made it home last night at 10:30pm! We drove straight through with a few stops along the way of course. 15 hours total!!! We were just ready to get home and not have to drive another day. We all slept till 9:30 this morning and have now unpacked. Next stop…NANA’s!!! These kids have been beside themselves wanting to see Nana, Ninny, Mikayla, and Jax. Even though we had a great time…being home with family is the best! I think we should all relocate to the south!!
